PC wire & PC strand

PC strand is a high carbon, seven-wire steel product used to apply compressive forces to pre-cast structures. It is ideal for towers, commercial buildings, pre-tensioned panels, parking decks, large bridges, tanks, airport pavement, offshore structures and other slab-on-grade projects. The production process of this wire takes place in several stages of cold drawn high-carbon steel wire and heat treatment steps and stranding to produce a finished product with a much-improved yield stress and greatly reduced load 11 relaxation. It is used in railway, bridge construction industries and in general in concrete structures to increase strength.
